Significance: This property has a historic association with the first radio station at Pearl Harbor. It served as a residence for the Officer in Charge of the radio station until the radio towers were moved to a new location. The radio station residences have always been considered part of the Hospital Point neighborhood, especially since the relocation of the radio towers in 1937.
