Nationales Register historischer Stätten NRIS-Nummer: 66000940 Bedeutung: Dieses Anwesen hat eine historische Verbindung mit der ersten Radiostation in Pearl Harbor. Es diente als Residenz für den verantwortlichen Offizier des Radiosenders, bis die Funktürme an einen neuen Standort verlegt wurden. Das Gebäude ist ein einfaches, volkstümliches Design mit Elementen des Handwerkerstils. Es trägt zum historischen Interesse des Bezirks bei. Die Residenzen der Radiosender wurden immer als Teil des Viertels Hospital Point betrachtet, insbesondere seit der Verlegung der Radiotürme im Jahr 1937.
