At that time thegrowth had entirely disappeared, only asmall transparent scar remaining. Thecondition has remained cured to this date, two years later. In addition to the lesionon the eyeball, this patient had innum-erable pigmented spots all over the faceand forehead, some of which had brokendown and formed small ulcerations. She addition, we treated the entire forehead, which was thickly sprinkled with keratoticpigmented spots, with smaller dosesthrough a thin filter. The ulcerated areasall responded to treatment and the con-dition generally was much improved. Atthis time there are no areas on the facewhich could be called malignant, althoughthe skin is much atrophied and there aremany scars and many pigmented spots. The final outcome of this case is of courseproblematical, but the remaining eye hasbeen saved and the disease on the face
