Levy chair of economic geography and national security; Paul Bracken, professor of management and political science at Yale University; Andrea Dew, NWC associate professor of strategy and policy and co-director of NWC’s Center on Irregular Warfare and Armed Services Groups; and Emily Goldman, member of U.S. Cyber Command’s Combined Action Group.
