(May. 21, 2006) Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Terry Scott visits with the four Sailors competing for the Chief on Naval Operations (CNO) Shore Sailor of the Year and their spouses in his office at the Navy Annex in Arlington.
