Marines from Battery B (Btry B), 1st Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, Task Force Military Police (1/12 TFMP) prepare to demonstrate a detainee extraction drill for the Iraqi police (IP) they train at the Regional Detention Facility (RDF) in Camp Ramadi, Iraq, July 10. The Marines from Btry B, 1/12 TFMP work daily with IPs to further educate them on proper procedures for operations inside detention facilities. 1/12 TFMP is deployed with Multi-National Forces-West in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar province of Iraq to develop Iraqi security forces, facilitate the development of official rule of law through democratic reforms, and continue the development of a market-based economy centered on Iraqi reconstruction.
