Letter from Richard Davis Webb to Mary Anne Estlin

Richard Davis Webb writes to [Mary Anne Estlin] in regards to his delay in collecting contributions to the Anti-Slavery Bazaar due to the approaching marriage of a sister of James Webb near Antrum, Ireland. He discusses a speech written in the Liberator by Garrison that was said at a New England convention in which "he defines the precise portion of the Am. A.S. so completely" that he wants to republish it in the Anti-Slavery Advocate. He asks that she give his address to Dr. Bailey. He discusses Dr. Elder's defense of the Bible at a convention in Hartford. He also discusses Samuel May Jr.'s letter on Gradualism.
