description

Summary

Louis Alexis Chamerovzow writes to Mary Anne Estlin discussing Brown's affair and says "my own explanation of the affair would at any time have cleared Brown from so unjust an imputation, & I am perfectly shocked to find that rigor..construed my own words may be quoted in evidence against myself."
