KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, Fla. -- Technicians on Launch Complex 17-A, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, check the fittings on the solid rocket boosters surrounding the Delta II rocket that will launch the Genesis spacecraft. Genesis will capture samples of the ions and elements in the solar wind and return them to Earth for scientists to use to determine the exact composition of the Sun and the solar system’s origin.
