Dr. Victor P. Bradford, a dentist with the 49th Medical Group, Holloman Air Force Base, N.M. places gauze in the mouth of a Guyanese patient. The 49th Medical Group deployed 35 personnel in support of New Horizon '97, first combined humanitarian and civic assistance exercise conducted between the United States and Guyana. Military personnel from the Air Force, Air Force Reserve & National Guard, Army, Army National Guard and Marine Corps participated in the exercise which included engineering and medical readiness training
