A crew aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Sledge sits off of Fort McHenry to assist the Navy flight demonstration squadron the Blue Angels by acting as a visual anchor point during a practice as part of Star-Spangled Spectacular, Thursday, Sept. 11, 2014. The practice was to prepare for two shows as part of the city’s multi-day Star-Spangled Spectacular events commemorating the 200th anniversary of the penning of the national anthem.
