MIDDLE EAST (Oct. 13, 2003)--Workers begin scraping marine growth from the hull of the Coast Guard Cutter Aquidneck, one of four 110-foot patrol boats deployed to the Arabian Gulf in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, after it is pulled from the water by means of a marine railway, Oct. 13, 2003. The Aquidneck is the first Coast Guard cutter to be dry-docked in the Middle East and the first cutter to be dry-docked at a foreign port for non-emergency purposes.USCG photo by PA2 Kyle Niemi
