Boston, Mass. (Jul. 30, 2005) U.S. Navy Cmdr. Thomas C. Graves steps aboard USS Constitution prior to becoming the 69th commanding officer of the historic ship. Graves relieved Cmdr. Lewin C. Wright as commanding officer in a ceremony held at sea aboard the 207-year-old vessel. The occasion marked the first in which Graves wore his 1813-era Naval officers uniform aboard the ship.
