U.S. Army Col. Walt Colbert, Indiana National Guard’s 3-19th Agribusiness Development Team commander, and U.S. Air Force Col. Shane Halbrook, Indiana National Guard’s 4-19th Agribusiness Development Team commander, discuss the progress of the Future Farmers of Afghanistan agriculture education seminar at Shaikh Zayed University in Khowst City Feb. 21.
