WASHINGTON (Jun. 11, 2013) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus delivers remarks on the future Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Paul Ignatius (DDG 117) during its naming ceremony. Named after former Secretary of the Navy Paul Ignatius, the destroyer is intended to conduct a variety of operations including sea control, power projection and peacetime presence.
