Subject has short, dark-colored hair parted off-center toward left and with a somewhat lighter-colored moustache. Subject wears an unbuttoned, medium-colored jacket, buttoned vest under of same color with five buttons visible, white shirt and collar with dark neckwear and lighter-colored trousers. Watch chain and fob fastened at third vest button. Subject is sitting with left forearm and hand resting on round table and right hand resting on right thigh.
