Lorge, left, commandant of Naval District Washington, and Frank Yanick, a survivor of the Dec. 7, 1941 Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, render honors during a wreath laying ceremony at the U.S. Navy Memorial. The event commemorated the 70th anniversary of the attack. Yanick was a Seaman stationed aboard the USS Phoenix (CL-46) during the attack.
