Farah governor Roohul Amin, Economy Line Director Zahir Shah Khaatam and HOLD director Zala Ahmad talk about the educational books that will be used for a computer course for young women. The new U.S. Embassy-funded program totalling more than $70,000 will provide classes for more than 200 young women in the community for one year. Humanitarian Organization for Local Development, a local non-governmental organization, is implementing the classes, which will be held at the non-profit group’s building and four high schools in Farah City.
