DECOMMISSIONING CEREMONY OF CUTTER MATAGORDA

LOCKPORT, La. (Feb. 7, 2003)--Adm. Thomas Collins, Commandant, addresses those in attendance at the Coast Guard Cutter Matagorda decommissioning ceremony at Bollinger Shipyards in Lockport, La.
