LOCKPORT, La. (Feb. 7, 2003)--Adm. Thomas Collins, Commandant, presents a plaque to Lt. Craig Wieschhorster, commanding officer of the decommissioned Coast Guard Cutter Matagorda, a 110-foot patrol boat.
