Stammer joined Soldiers who have received TBI treatment, other military leaders, including Gen. Robert Cone, the Commanding General for the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command and Blanchfield Army Hospital Commander Col. Paul R. Cordts, as well as leaders from the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund at the groundbreaking ceremony.
