Retired Gen. Richard Cody, center, the former vice chief of staff of the Army and Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund Trustee, speaks during a groundbreaking ceremony for the third in a series of nine National Intrepid Center of Excellence (NICoE) Satellite Centers, at Fort Campbell, Ky., June 13, 2013. The NICoE Satellite Centers are designed to diagnose and treat traumatic brain injury (TBI) and post-traumatic stress. Cody joined Soldiers who have received TBI treatment, and military leaders, Gen.
