AND SEWERAGE BOARD. 343 In order to show the effect of using the quantity of water con-sumed as a factor in determining the amount to be paid by theseveral municipalities, the following statements have been prepared,showing the results under different conditions. The assessmentsof Newton and Hyde Park have been based upon one-sixth of thequantity of water consumed in 1903. Table No. 19.
