West Virginia National Guard Sgt. Nicholas Thongdara, a survey team member with the 35th Civil Support Team (CST) Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD), tests an unknown substance during a training exercise May 8, 2018 aboard the S.S. Cape Avinof at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va. as a part of Vigilant Guard 18-3.
