PHILIPPINE SEA (Nov. 06, 2012) Wendy Pollitt, an english teacher with the Navy College Program for Afloat College Education (NCPACE), teaches Sailors aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS McCampbell (DDG 85). NCPACE gives Sailors the opportunity to experience challenging education and continue their personal and professional growth while on sea duty assignments. McCampbell is part of the George Washington Carrier Strike Group based out of Yokosuka, Japan, and is conducting a patrol of the western Pacific in support of regional security and stability of the vital Asia-Pacific region.
