Wayland deaths, 1800-1925 (individual certificates). Wayland, Mass.

description

Summary

Individual death certificates provide genealogical and local history information. The death certificates are a wealth of information. Many records give the residence just as Cochituate. There are lines to provide information about parents’ names, place of birth, spouse’s name, maiden names, the cause of death, home address, place of burial, age of deceased by years, months and days, marriage status, length of residency, occupation, the physician’s name, the undertaker’s name, and the informant’s name. Not all lines are filled in and the accuracy of the information depends on the informant. This set of death certificates start in 1860 and ends in 1925.
