On April 8, 2006, Iraqi 6th Division, 3rd Brigade located on Forward Operating Base Constitution held a meeting between Iraqi soldiers and Iraqi Police. The meeting was planned so Iraqi Army, COL. Nasar and Iraqi Police, COL. Kareem could plan ways for the two services to provide better public service and work together for the people in the Baghdad area.
