Looking up at the antenna mast in the rear of the precinct station. Washington, D.C., Oct. 29. WPDW, the radio station operated by the Metropolitan Police Department here is considered one of the most efficient and best equipped in the country. Located at No. 10 precinct, it was designed and built by Lieut. James Kelly in 1931 and operates on 400 watts, 2422 kilocycles.
