The 169th OSF is assigned to the 169th Fighter Wing at McEntire Air National Guard Station in South Carolina. During this five-day mission, this crew will make two trips to Soto Cano AB, Honduras. They will deliver much needed water purification units, food, and medical supplies to assist local civilians affected from the aftermath of Hurricane Mitch
