Summary
Print shows a Union hospital on the McKim mansion site looking southwest toward the city of Baltimore, Union troops stand at attention as a carriage departs. Men, women, and children stand, watching. Several buildings form a square around a courtyard. The Union flag flies to the right. The McKim mansion grounds were used as a hospital during the American Civil War.
