U.S. Soldiers with the 124th Engineer Company, South Carolina Army National Guard, haul clay dirt to rebuild roads that were washed out in Swansea, S.C., as the state recovers from last week’s flooding, Oct. 13, 2015. The South Carolina National Guard has been activated to support state and county emergency management agencies and local first responders as historic flooding impacted counties statewide.
