U.S. Sailor cuts through a chest seal during a surgical procedure on a simulated casualty, as part of the Marine Corps Combat Readiness Evaluation during Combined Joint Logistics Over The Shore (CJ LOTS) Exercise in the Republic of Korea (ROK) on LSA Rok Marine Base, Pohang, Korea, April 2, 2017 to April 24, 2017.
