U.S. Navy Lt. Aroon Seeda receives candy from a student during Exercise Cobra Gold 2018 at Pong Ka Sang School in Nakhon Ratchasima, Kingdom of Thailand, Feb. 20, 2018. Chaplain Seeda was Born and raised in Pluak Daeng, Rayong province, Kingdom of Thailand as a Buddhist monk and immigrated to the United States in 2001 before joining the Navy Reserve in 2008. Humanitarian civic assistance projects conducted during the exercise support the needs and humanitarian interests of the Thai people. Cobra Gold 18 is an annual exercise conducted in the Kingdom of Thailand and runs from Feb. 13-23 with seven full participating nations. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Austyn Saylor)
