U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsmen carry a simulated casualty from the impact site to safety during a joint surgical field training exercise in Combat Town, Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan May 21, 2019. Corpsmen with Bravo Company, 3rd Medical Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, practiced setting up a Role II medical facility in an urban environment and providing expeditionary medical treatment and evacuation.
