U.S. Naval Corpsman with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 369 load a simulated casualty onto a litter during Casualty Evacuation (CASEVAC) training on Marine Corps Air Station Futenma, Okinawa, Japan, March 12, 2020. The CASEVAC training was conducted by HMLA-369 and supported by Marine Air Group 36, Naval Hospital Okinawa in addition to the Air Force 33rd Rescue Squadron to enhance readiness and proficiency in response to emergencies while deployed in a field environment.
