US Marine task force hosts third COVID-19 class with partner nations
Summary
Marines and Sailors with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command participate in a COVID-19 virtual subject matter expert exchange with Guatemalan Marines at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Sep. 10, 2020. SPMAGTF-SC is hosting virtual classes for partner nations in an effort to educate and learn more about COVID-19 transmission, prevention, and ways to continue effective training during a pandemic. The task force is prepared to deploy to the Latin America and Caribbean region to work alongside partner nation militaries, enhancing combined crisis response efforts.
