U.S. Marine Cpl. Kenneth Kelley, an air traffic control communications technician with Marine Air Control Squadron 1, Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force – Crisis Response – Central Command, lowers the antenna of an automated terminal information system built from scrap materials in the Central Command area of operation, March, 2015.
