U.S. Army soldiers of Mortar Platoon, 1st Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Advise and Assist Brigade, 1st Cavalry Division, identify coordinates of a target during a live fire exercise on Contingency Operating Site Warhorse in the Diyala province, Iraq, Sept. 17, 2011. The soldiers are teaching Iraqi army soldiers the fundamentals of plotting coordinates and properly loading 120 mm mortar rounds into a mortar system.
