Fuerzas Amigas is an annual bi-lateral Theater Security Cooperation exercise, focused on Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) and Mexico’s National Defense Plan – III (DN3) to foster and build a military-to-military partnership between U.S. Army North and the Mexican military while conducting disaster response operations along the U.S./Mexico border.
