U.S. Army 1st Lt. T.J. Rose, a pilot with the South Carolina Army National Guard's 2-238th General Support Aviation Battalion Detachment 1, flies a Boeing CH-47 Chinook helicopter over flood damaged South Carolina during a statewide flood response, Oct. 6, 2015. The South Carolina National Guard has been activated to support state and county emergency management agencies and local first responders as historic flooding impacts counties statewide.
