U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Kandie Ibarra (right), a lab technician assigned to the 455th Expeditionary Medical Group starts her co-workers in a variation of the sukhasana or easy pose during a yoga class June 24, 2014 at the Craig Joint Theater Hospital, Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan. Ibarra leads the class two nights a week to give medical personnel a quiet getaway from the stresses of the trauma ward of the hospital. CJTH is one of the busiest hospitals in Afghanistan.
