U.S. Air Force Capt. Seth Platt, senior engineer for Kapisa Provincial Reconstruction Team, from Pomfret, Conn., Jim Morris, PRT U.S. Department of State representative from Chappaqua, N.Y., government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan officials and the local contractor for Bolaghain High School sit during a meeting at the school here, Dec. 8. The PRT has been working with GIRoA for 18 months to ensure the area has a facility to educate the children. The mission of Kapisa PRT is to help facilitate the local and national governments of Afghanistan working together to help provide for the development and security needs of the Afghan people.
