The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District repairs the west arrowhead breakwater at Oswego Harbor in Oswego, NY, October 10, 2018. The project will repair 600 feet of the breakwater using armor stone in the 12-20 ton range. The repairs are critical to providing safe navigation and supports the local and national economies.
