Wrapper shaped like an envelope, with a flap that surrounds the fore-edge of the book. Title from inside that flap. Alphabet, numerals, illustration of sheep by a tree, and, "Read and be wise," on upper wrapper with imprint: Philadelphia: sold by Benjamin Warner, 147 Market Street.
