n all Re-flects diftinct from, and independent of, the old,as if it never had belonged to the fame. And towards the Support of a Rector and hisSuccefTors, the Sum of three thoufand five hun-died Pounds was granted, to be laid out in a Fee-Simple. And as a farther Provifion for the faidRector, the Church-wardens are to pay him, atfour quarterly Payments, the yearly Sum of onehundred and twenty Pounds, without Defalcation,or any Deduction whatfoever, to be raifed by Bu-rial Fees; for which Purpofe, the Right of Dif-pofal of the Burial Ground and Vaults belongingto the Parifh is veiled in the Veftry, (exclufiveof the Rector) who, with Confent of the Bifhop,are impowered to appoint fuch Fees for Burials asthey judge proper, and to fet fuch Rates for Leaveto make Vaults, lay down fepulchral Stones anderect Monuments.
