The Hampton Roads Naval Museum hosted a unique underwater

description

Summary

The Hampton Roads Naval Museum hosted a unique underwater archeology session for students from the Calvary Classical School in Hampton, Virginia. Museum Educators AJ Orlikoff and Alicia Pullen, along with Darcy Sink, the Museum’s Volunteer Coordinator, facilitated the educational session. After the hands on session, the group had the opportunity to take a guided tour of the museum’s gallery. The museum offers free educational programs for area students that are aligned with statewide curriculum standards. To inquire, contact their educational director at Laura.L.Orr@navy.mil or at (757) 322-3108. (US Navy Photo by Max Lonzanida/Released).
