The German flag, one of the many flags represented on the testing site area, waves in the wind during the exercise COMBINED ENDEAVOR (CE) 2000. CE 2000, currently hosted by Germany, is the largest information and communication systems exercise in the world. This exercise is the sixth in a series of multinational communication interoperability workshops where military personnel from 35 nations get together for 14 days to focus on Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) interoperability testing and documentation and to meet and interact on a personal level
