The Sabellasconstruct their tube of mud. The Gold Comb (Ampki-trile auricoma) is very curious. It corks up like theSerpvlce, but it has scarlet gills just below its cork-likehead, and across the latter article runs an appendage, fromthe color and shape of which it has obtained its title. The Long Worm ; the Sea-Mouse ; the Terebellas ; the Ner-eides ; the Planarice and the Sea-Leech, may be presentedin this company.
