The delegates are the council of the Nore mutineers meeting in the cabin of a ship with an officer [name TBC] attending hat in hand to hear their demands, left. Under the table Charles James Fox tells his radical Whig colleagues 'Aye Aye, we are at the bottom of it'.

Martin, Baltimore airplane manufacturer, today told amazed members of the House Naval Affairs Committee when he told he is studying plans for a new super ship capable of cruising 11,000 miles at 380 miles per hour with 4,000 pounds of bombs.
