Summary
Satire on London life; early morning in the Piazza, Covent Garden, with night-time revellers, a man wielding a large artichoke and another sprawled on top of a sedan chair in which sleeps a woman whose breasts fall out of her bodice; they are led by a bare-foot link boy and a crowd of market people look on; in the background, St. Paul's church. 1747
